How this website is designed to handle your visit.
This website
With the default configuration, optional analytics and chat integrations are disabled. The website does not automatically submit project-planner answers or store them between visits. Our hosting provider may process access logs and technical information such as IP addresses to operate and secure the website.
Google reviews widget
The homepage and customer reviews page load a Google Reviews widget provided by Elfsight. Your browser connects to Elfsight to display that content. This third-party service may process technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Review links open external Google pages.
Project planner
The project planner prepares a summary in your browser. It does not send your answers to our business or store them between visits. You can choose to copy the summary to your clipboard or download it. Information you later share through a call or booking service is handled through that channel.
Booking appointments
The booking links take you to Setmore, an external service. Information you submit there is handled through that service and by our business for your appointment or project inquiry. Review the privacy information on the booking service before submitting personal information.
Optional analytics and chat
If optional analytics are activated, the website asks whether you want to allow them before loading Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity. Your analytics preference is stored in your browser. These services may process technical information and website interactions under their own policies. The project planner is marked for masking in Clarity, and our custom events do not include your city, budget, or project description.
If our external chat service is activated, it may process the conversation and related technical information. Do not include sensitive details in a chat message. Review the service’s privacy information when using it. These optional integrations require business configuration before they are active.

Project estimate assistant
The guided estimate tool processes project details in your browser. If you choose AI review and check the consent box, your project scope selections and description (excluding material selections) are sent through our server to OpenAI. Do not enter names, contact details, or street addresses. We do not intentionally save project inputs in this feature. Hosting providers may keep standard access logs. For abuse protection, the server retains hashed IP rate counters for up to one day; session cookies protect requests. AI requests use store:false, but OpenAI may retain data under its applicable API data policies. Downloaded briefs stay on your device; book or call separately to contact our team.
